Enhanced's testosterone injection page leads with a $49 get-started figure. A separate TRT offer page presents one-, three- and six-month supplies with different monthly equivalents. Those displays are useful research leads, but they do not establish that a full month of continuing treatment costs $49.
This October 13, 2026 review follows Enhanced's own product page, dedicated TRT offer and terms. We did not enter a medical intake or place an order. Our focus is the proposed service, the price units and the information a reader should obtain before moving from an advertisement into a recurring care arrangement.
KEEP IN MIND
The useful bits.
- The $49 entry display does not establish the ongoing TRT price.
- The separate TRT offer identifies compounded testosterone cypionate.
- A refund for clinical ineligibility is different from unrestricted cancellation.
The opening number is not a complete treatment budget
The current testosterone-injection product page displays $49 to get started and says the service includes labs, clinical consultation, medication and follow-ups. It does not make that opening number a clearly itemized ongoing monthly total. Ask what the first charge purchases and what additional payment would follow a favorable clinical assessment.
Enhanced's separate TRT offer shows $199 per month for one month, $179 per month with a three-month supply and $169 per month with six months. The displayed comparisons and discounts may change. Establish whether payment is collected monthly or in advance, the complete amount due and the renewal price before entering card details.

Identify the offer that will govern your order
The product page and promotional page use different presentations. We cannot reconcile their numbers into one final checkout quote from the public copy alone. A longer supply's monthly equivalent can make a plan look less expensive while requiring a larger initial commitment.
Use the cost and monitoring worksheet to record the exact offer URL, supply, opening fee, required testing and recurring payment. Ask whether shipping, supplies and additional laboratory work are included in that specific plan. Avoid adding the $49 figure to a promotional price or subtracting it as a credit without confirmation from the service.

This is a compounded cypionate offer
The dedicated TRT offer names testosterone cypionate and describes pharmacy-compounded medication. Its statements about licensed professionals and pharmacy standards should be read alongside that product description. They do not convert the supplied compounded medicine into an FDA-approved finished drug.
The FDA does not assess compounded preparations for safety, effectiveness and quality before marketing in the same way as approved medicines. Read what compounded means for testosterone, then ask why the clinician proposes that preparation, which pharmacy dispenses it and what exact ingredients and concentration will appear on the label. We have not independently audited Enhanced's pharmacies or certification claims.

Clinical eligibility is separate from performance goals
Enhanced describes clinician review of bloodwork, history and goals, followed by a twelve-week calibration phase when treatment is prescribed. Its website also markets energy, recovery and body-composition benefits. Those descriptions do not diagnose testosterone deficiency or guarantee that the advertised experience applies to a reader.
The Endocrine Society calls for symptoms and consistently low testosterone, repeat morning confirmation and evaluation of the underlying cause. Our low-testosterone testing guide outlines the questions to take to an assessment. Ask what happens if your results are normal, incomplete or inconsistent, and whether a different problem needs attention before any hormone prescription.

A lab list should come with a response plan
The injection page names monitoring of testosterone, estradiol, hematocrit, PSA and metabolic measures. That is a description of the company's protocol, not proof that the same testing schedule fits every person. Ask who reviews each result, how you are contacted and what findings would change or stop the proposed treatment.
Discuss fertility intentions and blood-pressure history early. The FDA's current testosterone labeling includes blood-pressure warnings, and the Endocrine Society advises against treatment when near-term fertility is planned. A coaching option is also advertised on the separate offer page, with state restrictions. Clarify its cost and role without treating coaching as a substitute for the prescribing clinician.

Read the refund promise at the right point in the process
The TRT offer promises a refund when a licensed clinician determines that the treatment is not appropriate. That is a specific eligibility-related statement. It does not establish that every cancellation, unused supply or later decision to stop qualifies for the same refund.
Before checkout, obtain the applicable subscription terms, cancellation cutoff and policy once a prescription has been sent to a pharmacy. Verify service availability in your state and the contact for clinical concerns. Our Lowcountry Male review provides a contrasting clinic-based model. Enhanced's listed components are worth comparing, but a clear final bill and reliable plan for follow-up matter more than the entry-price headline.
