Blokes lists $447 upfront for three months, $774 for six months, and $1,188 for a year. The corresponding monthly equivalents are $149, $129, and $99. Its lowest figure therefore should not be read as permission to buy only one month at that rate.

TRT Nation advertises $99.99 monthly with a 2.5-month minimum and a California pricing caveat. Ask for the actual starting total and renewal dates, including any assessment or laboratory cost. Do not multiply a headline by 12 until the included services, minimum purchase, and any additional payments have been identified.

Included follow-up labs do not answer every testing question

Blokes advertises quarterly hormone labs within its program. TRT Nation’s FAQ lists $129 when bloodwork is ordered through it. These facts describe different parts of care and should not be turned into a claim that all testing is free at one practice or that every patient must buy the same panel at the other.

Ask whether initial testing is included, whether existing results can be used, and what happens when additional tests are clinically needed. Confirm who explains the report. Confirm the state and prescription details

Blokes publishes state exclusions for TRT, and TRT Nation flags a location-related pricing difference. Confirm current availability and terms for your address with each practice before paying. A national-looking website does not guarantee the same prescription access or commercial offer in every state.

Ask for the exact product and dispensing pharmacy. Blokes names testosterone cypionate and notes that products may be compounded; do not infer one universal preparation for every patient. Review provider claims and the regulatory record separately

FDA’s June 8, 2026 warning letter to Joi and Blokes concerns promotion of compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. It is relevant context for evaluating marketing, but it does not establish a finding about a specific testosterone prescription. We have not verified the letter’s later resolution.

The Blokes review explains that boundary. With either provider, ask how the diagnosis is confirmed, how treatment risks are discussed, and how changes in symptoms or results reach a clinician. A published testimonial or outcome promise should not replace a medical explanation for your circumstances.

Understand a change before prepaying

Ask both practices what happens if treatment becomes unsuitable during a purchased supply or prepaid period. Clarify refund eligibility, additional consultation costs, and the handling of a new prescription. Easy cancellation and reimbursement for unused care are not necessarily the same promise.
